As we create custom products, no returns are allowed, and refunds are only available if the product is damaged upon receipt. Please understand the product you are purchasing and confirm that your uploaded design is accurate before placing an order.
We process all orders upon confirmation of payment and will typically ship the order in 4-6 business days. We offer free shipping to the US via USPS. With processing and shipping, it will typically take around 14 days for you to receive your order. All hats are shipped in a rigid cardboard box.
If we have any concerns with your request/order, we will contact you before processing begins.
